| Raj Patel did an amazing job of analyzing and revealing the ugly truth about our 21st century food supplies. He informed us, as consumers many unknown facts about our daily meals. Out of five stars, I would rate this book three stars, or maybe even three and a half stars. Although this book had no plot and was at some parts, extremely boring, it is well written and very informational. In conclusion, I enjoyed reading this book and learning about how our society has transformed so dramatically over time.
