| Reading this book really gives good background information about handling the tuna before it hits the plates at home. The author gives a great description about the economy and the difficulties obtaining and transporting the fish. My advice to anyone that wants to read this book is that you should be dedicated about what you're reading. Make sure you comprehend the key terms in the book. I do NOT recommend this book to anyone that hates raw fish and its own economy. I'd rate this book 4 out of 5 stars.
