This book is basically about an Iranian woman who gathers up seven committed women and discuss about 4 western books even though they are not allowed to. She relates her stories to the ones that she reads and find that there are many similarities. I didn't really understand the book very well and I found myself sleeping through almost half of the book. If you are someone who is interested in Iran and how women were treated there, I suggest it. Otherwise, don't read it. I gave this book 3 stars.
