| I would recommend to people who is indecisive about staying and leaving California. Reisner speaks about how California is built on land that is prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis. It basically tells his views on the government made a poor choice on deciding to create such a large economic center in cities that could instantly vanish within a day due to natural disasters.
I honestly thought the book was boring because I am not into APHUG books whatsoever. It wasn't horrible, but it's not our usual style of reading.
