|This book talks about how we should be eating and what scientific food claims we should avoid. It contains a lot of food facts, some can be interesting and others very boring. The whole book just contains facts and no plot. I would recommend this book to a person who cares about there diet, if not this book will be very uninteresting. i would give this book a 3.5.
