| The Omnivore’s Dilemma is a book by Michael Pollan that pretty much tells the reader about the background and history of the food that we eat. He talks about the fruits and vegetables and how they go from being a little seed to food on our plates. The same goes for the little farm animals as well. Pollan wants the readers to know what they are eating and he wants them to be well informed. This is a good book for people that want to know what they are consuming. It’s kind of like Fast Food Nation because it talks about similar topics. I would recomend this book to whoever read Fast Food Nation and liked it or to whoever saw the movie Super Size Me and enjoyed it. I would give this book a 4/5 stars rating.
