| The Omnivore's Dilemma is a book that not only covers a wide range of units in APHUG, it affects the way you think in your personal life. Michael Pollan gives excellent insight into the food industry and all of its secrets and flaws. I wouldn't call it disturbing, but it definitely will make you think twice before you sit down to eat at your next meal. I highly recommend this book; it's interesting and filled with facts supported by personal accounts. Pollan's opinions and arguments add some excitement to the book and it really comes around at the end to make you feel like you really learned a valuable lesson. Read this book!
